In collaboration with the Society for Healthcare Consumer Advocacy (SHCA), Language Access Network is presenting on Providing Language Assistance Services under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. This webinar, offered October 29, 2013, is the first of many webinars LAN hopes to make available.
In this webinar, Section 1557 of The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Actis discussed, including how it relates to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and the American with Disabilities Act, and the best ways to provide equal access to services with a language access plan.
